Our story
Maple & Bean opened in 2021 on a quiet soi off Nimman, with one La Marzocco, twelve seats and a stubborn idea: that coffee deserves to be slow, and mornings deserve to be soft.
Four years later we still know most of our regulars by their drink. Pull up a stool, leave the laptop in the bag, and let us make you something good.
